in this hour-long mix, lanchield digs deep into the memory by weaving mist-like pulsating sounds and textures to recreate the mind's recalling of certain moments we have collected from our own experiences. Her use of audio excerpts from films that address the same topics makes this more of a sonic recreation and questioning of this phenomena: sometimes seeming vague and unclear, sometimes forming and deforming into other versions of itself or just simply looking back at a state of being, even if it is just for a moment.
